Even though I have done the whole child birth thing before, it is kind of scary to think of the changes my body is going to go through when July comes around. I saw this picture tonight and it is such a crazy visual reminder of what happens when you dilate!

I saw this too before I had C and was pretty disconcerted by it. It's amazing how fast your cervix can dilate too.
That's crazy, especially considering with Abbie I was like 4 cm dilated at 35 weeks! Amazing what the human body can do!
