December was filled with many fun events for our family.

Squadron Kids Party

About 5 seconds after this photo was taken Owen FREAKED out at the sight of Santa. I have never seen my baby scare, but he sure was!

This was at our Squadron Kids party. Santa came in off of a C-130 and handed out presents to the kids. It was a lot of fun. I actually was part of the planning committee for this event.

Visit with Mom Mom

John’s mom came to visit in December. We invited her down so she could watch Owen while John and I attended a Christmas party on base. Owen had a great time with her.

Swinging/Sliding

We took Owen to the Park for the first time. We went to the one on base. He was a little unsure at first, but he really loved swinging! 

He was a little unsure about sliding, but learned to love that as well!

 

The weather was great here in December! We had some great fun outside.
