Here are some pictures that I have just not gotten time to post yet!
Owen and Evan. Owen is 7 weeks and Evan is 11 weeks.
Pictures from a photo shoot with Jamie. I am so pleased with how these turned out!
Owen is doing great! He is currently 9 1/2 weeks old. He sleeps through the night already, only getting up once for about 20 minutes to eat (around 3 or 4am).
Right now I am working with him on his eating schedule. He has been eating every 2 hours during the day which is exhausting for both he and I. Because he is eating so often, he was not getting proper naps in there and not getting full feedings- more like snacking.
So yesterday I started working on his schedule and it went GREAT!!! It was the best day we have had yet! I got him to eat every 2 hours and 15 minutes for 3 times, then every 3 hours for the rest. GREAT!!!!!
This morning so far he has gone 2.5 hours. He is sound asleep in his pack and play so hooray! I am sure he will wake up on his own, but if not, i will get him up after 3 hours to eat and then start the process over again (eat, play for an hour and 15 minutes, nap).
I have been playing around with the way that Owen naps because he is getting a flat head. It is not too concerning right now, but our pedi did mention it and sometimes it can result in the baby needing to wear a helmet (YIKES!) so I am going to do everything I can to help it out. I had him nap in different positions yesterday while I was in the room with him (on his belly, on his left side, and on his right side) so hopefully that will help. At night I will still put him on his back of course.
We are getting ready for our big move to North Carolina at the end of the month. I started going through some of my clothes and I will be donating a bunch. I still have clothes from 8-10 years ago around! haha. I want our new house to be as clutter free as possible and one great place to start is clothes!
I hope everyone is having a great week!

Love the new pics! We had problems with Andrew's head also...lay him different ways in the crib and make sure to turn his head so he hits at all angles! We also used burpcloths as positioners when he was in his boucncer or swing to make sure he wasn't always laying flat on his head and that it was turned. Oh...and I love your new house it looks so cute!
Your little Owen is so cute! You guys seem to be doing well! Love the pictures. I would love to meet up with you guys in the summer and meet Owen. I can't believe it has been over a year since you and John left us here in Enid.
Good luck with your up coming move! Love the house too:)
